You will coordinate workflows, manage communications, schedules, finances, reports, meetings, and travel ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will provide day-to-day operational support for the General Manager and CSALT team including diary management, office procedures, internal communications, reports, and records management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Centre communication through maintaining MyUniSC staff intranet pages and news items, corporate web pages, and drafting and editing general correspondence as directed.
  • Support in managing various professional development events, workshops, and other CSALT activities and functions as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  1. Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
  2. Advanced digital literacy including Microsoft Office 365 suite and various web-based applications, and ability to quickly upskill and learn new systems as they emerge.
  3. Experience working in a project management environment, including achieving deliverables, updating action plans, and preparing information for reports.
