
Business Training Program Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing training programs that align with our strategic objectives. Your primary duty will be to analyze business proposals, investigate options, and recommend the most effective course of action.
You will also analyze existing business challenges and develop strategies for improvement, identifying opportunities for streamlining operations and driving implementation of initiatives related to these opportunities.
In addition, you will establish and implement standards and best practices to foster collaboration across various areas of the organization, leveraging internal knowledge of processes/procedures, methodologies, and best practices to support training initiatives.
Other key responsibilities include participating in project life cycle implementation, serving as a liaison between customers and other training services organizations, building relationships with internal clients, providing regular reports to management, and collecting and analyzing data related to assigned projects/programs.
Key skills required for this role include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant software applications.
