As a Manager of Learning Programs, you will design and deliver engaging training initiatives that inspire growth, boost performance and support our global learning strategy. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and implement learning solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across the region from induction and leadership development to mentorship and professional growth programs.
  • Align local training needs with our global L&D strategy.
  • Partner with the wider team on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Manage and evolve our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the platform supports both compliance and development pathways.
  • Cultivate a strong learning culture, both face-to-face and virtually.

You will also utilise and interpret psychometric assessment tools to support team and individual development.

Requirements
  • A Certificate in Training & Assessment and ideally a degree in L&D or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and delivering impactful training programs in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence delivering in-person and online.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link development activities to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you're a natural influencer who thrives in a collaborative environment.
