Job Title: Training Program Manager

This is a key role within our organization that focuses on the development and implementation of global training and educational courses.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and training course development skills to support clinical research, medical, safety and regulatory initiatives.

Prior experience in instructional design, development and project management is required, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders to establish development plans for key training and courses.

Key responsibilities include managing courseware development, providing technical and operational management for programs, and ensuring a global understanding of training strategy and goals.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can influence and negotiate effectively, and implement large-scale change in complex organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and project management expertise.
  • Advanced business knowledge of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
