- Assists in interviewing and hiring of team members

- Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts
- Develops training plans and procedures
- Analyses training requirements
- Oversees and evaluates internal and external training programs
- Coordinates training initiatives and projects
- Manages all training platforms
