As a Career Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions to take control of their future and transition into meaningful careers. Guiding people through the job-readiness journey, from initial consultations to job application and interview preparation, you will unlock the potential within each individual.
The key responsibilities of this role include working closely with clients to develop tailored career plans, providing regular coaching sessions, connecting participants with upskilling opportunities, and collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.

Your relationship-building skills enable you to effectively connect with both clients and employers alike.
Essential Criteria- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
- Experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
