We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our organization in Sydney, Australia.

This role involves maintaining key elements of the risk management framework, including risk policies, the risk register, and risk reporting.

This position is an enterprise-wide risk management role with a focus on operational risk and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in APRA-regulated industries and a minimum of 5 years' experience working with a bank's or insurer's Risk Management Framework and/or Compliance Framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a strong and compliant Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system
  • Delivering high-quality risk management and compliance reports to stakeholders
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to implement an enhanced data management framework
  • Assisting with risk and compliance training requirements and managing the Compliance Framework

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplined, international team.
