As a strategic Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the company's assets and interests are protected.
  • Lead and support enterprise risk management activities, including risk assessments, workshops, and system improvements.
  • Oversee and improve insurance program activities, including renewals, claims coordination, and broker engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics tools, such as Power BI, to create dynamic and accurate dashboards and reports for business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including commercial managers, site leaders, risk owners, and external partners, to ensure clear communication and strong collaboration.
  • Support governance reporting, audits, and compliance activities in line with ASX and HKEX requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in risk management, internal audit, or risk analysis (min. 1-4 years).
  • Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 31000) and ERM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • Flexible and solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bonus) Experience with insurance programs, SAP, Alteryx, or Mandarin language skills.
Qualifications
  • University degree in business, science, engineering, finance or ICT.
