The Role of Senior Risk AnalystAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise-wide risk management. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting, and monitoring.
- Monitoring emerging risks, trends, and systemic issues, escalating through the right channels and assisting with resolution.
- Managing incidents and breaches via software tools, including register updates, customer communications, and post-incident reporting.
- Participating in cross-functional reviews, including CEO risk meetings, and driving follow-up initiatives to embed stronger risk practices across operations.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise risk, operational risk, cybersecurity risk, or internal audit, ideally within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements, with tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Risk, IT, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications (FRM, CISA, CA, CPA, CIA) are desirable.
