This role plays a key part in driving clinic performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. A highly organised individual with exceptional interpersonal skills is required to deliver high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.

We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively with our Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide tailored client-specific solutions, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health. Strong communication skills and empathy for clients are also essential.
