A key role exists to support individuals with their hearing needs. The position contributes significantly to improving the overall quality of life for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis pivotal role will contribute to enhanced customer experiences and clinic performance. As a compassionate and process-oriented individual, you will deliver high-quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients.
You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs. With this knowledge, you will apply tailored client-specific solutions ensuring the best possible results.
Essential RequirementsPrevious experience in administration or customer service roles within retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments is essential.
Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are required to support clients on their hearing journey.
A minimum qualification of Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE certification is necessary.
