Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate customer service professional to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. This is a part-time role (2 days a week, Thursday and Friday) with regular hours of 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide tailored sales strategies, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients.

You will gain knowledge about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
  • Desirable: Experience working with an older demographic.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification.
