Customer Service Coordinator

This role is ideal for a passionate and dynamic individual who loves to help people. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be supporting Audika Hearing Clinic in Stirling, Adelaide on a part-time basis.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous administration or customer service experience in a retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environment. Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.

You will also require strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey. A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification is essential, as well as computer literacy skills.
