
Administrative Coordinator

The role of Administrative Coordinator is a key position in the Health Advisory Council. It involves providing high-quality administrative support to the Director of Nursing and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This includes managing correspondence, preparing documents, and organizing meetings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and performing various administrative duties as required.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Coordinator will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing correspondence and preparing documents
- Organizing meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the Director of Nursing
