Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with the finance team to achieve seamless integration of payroll and accounting functions.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of payroll systems to guarantee smooth operations and minimize errors.
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between payroll and accounting functions, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries, providing clear and concise resolutions and maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and their application in payroll.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ADP GlobalView and Preceda experience highly regarded.
  • Exposure to system transitions or payroll project work highly valued.
