As an Agronomy Professional, you play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to help them create successful, sustainable, and productive businesses.

About the Role
  • Provide agronomic and technical support, recommending products and services to strengthen clients' businesses.
  • Achieve allocated financial objectives and assist with forecasting and inventory management.
  • Promote staff upskilling through technical advice, mentorship, and product recommendations.
  • Develop and foster professional relationships with targeted groups of existing and new clients.
  • Assist with field days, farmer meetings, and trial/demonstration work.
  • Work as part of a rural products sales team to build client relationships and drive success.
  • Develop spray and fertiliser programs.
  • Conduct water, soil, and plant tissue testing.
About You

  • Have a qualification in Agronomy with experience in broadacre.
