This position involves providing agronomic technical advice, products and services to help clients thrive.
Responsibilities:- Provide agronomic support to strengthen clients' businesses
- Achieve allocated objectives and assist with forecasting and inventory management
- Promote staff upskilling through technical advice, mentorship and product recommendations
- Develop and foster professional relationships with clients
- Assist with field days, farmer meetings and trial/demonstration work
- Able to work in a collaborative environment
- Smart, resourceful and able to embrace industry research and new technology
- Passionate about effecting real change for clients and communities
- Qualification in Agronomy with experience in broadacre
- High-level customer service skills and ability to cultivate relationships with growers
