We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of our high-energy kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and accomplished Senior Chef to lead the kitchen team, drive innovation and efficiency, and deliver exceptional dishes and experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Kitchen Team: Run the pass, lead the crew, and ensure food quality remains sharp, consistent, and on point in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Supporting Senior Management: Assist with stock management, day-to-day operations, and ordering to maintain seamless kitchen flow.
  • Mentoring and Developing Talent: Guide and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and contribute to a strong team dynamic.
Key Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a Sous or Senior Sous in a high-volume, high-quality venue.
  • Cool Under Pressure: Maintain composure and focus during peak periods, keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
