Overview

Head Chef | BlueCare | Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility

As an integral part of our big-hearted team, you will be encouraged to grow and feel empowered to make a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards.
  • Support senior hospitality staff with menu design and implementation.
  • Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.
Role Requirements

As a Head Chef, you'll take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable about nutrition, and understand the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.

  • Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience
  • Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
What we offer
  • Employment: Permanent full time (76 hours per fortnight)
  • Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility
  • Remuneration: $37.16 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
