About the role

You'll be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations, workplace safety, and compliance. This will involve working closely with our legal, operations, and people & culture teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.

You'll also:

  • Provide guidance on modern awards, enterprise agreements, and employment legislation
  • Support the bargaining cycle for various enterprise agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties
  • Monitor the external ER environment to identify key trends and issues that may impact Coles
  • Identify and manage compliance work and regulatory authority matters
About you and your skills

• Strong proven experience in employee relations and employment law

• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution

• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Legal and/or IR qualification desirable, but not required
