We are seeking a skilled Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Engineer to join our team in maintaining the physical infrastructure of our global data centers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in critical facilities management, with a strong understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting routine maintenance and emergency service for critical systems.
  • Installation of new rack capacity and provisioning of power and cooling.
  • On-site management of contractors and vendors, ensuring work aligns with established practices, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Establishing performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and preparing documentation of critical facility operations and maintenance.
  • Generating change management requests and incident tickets for facility-related events.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with, awareness of, and adherence to physical security protocol.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in mission-critical facility management for a large enterprise or large Colocation provider.
