About this role:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our Highpoint team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and deliver outstanding store experiences through leadership by example
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, harmonizing with the business to achieve financial sales, profit, and productivity goals
  • Showcase expertise in visual merchandising, transforming our store into a visually appealing destination that captures attention and creates a delightful atmosphere for customers
  • Oversee efficient stock management, ensuring seamless inventory levels to support customer shopping needs
  • Track and analyze store sales performance, recognizing opportunities for improvement and communicating findings to peers and senior management
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker
  • A passion for the retail industry
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control and visual merchandising
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, inspiring and motivating colleagues
