
Senior Business Growth Strategist

The commercial strategy leader will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing business growth plans across both mining and refining operations.

- Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive profitability and expansion.
- Overseeing major service contracts, including supply agreements and partnerships.
- Driving budget management, financial reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across both sites.
- Facilitating collaboration between site operations and corporate commercial teams.
- Leading commercial analysts and influencing multi-disciplinary teams across both locations.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in strategic management, preferably within the resources sector.
- Relevant qualifications in business management, engineering, finance, or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Proficiency in contract management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with minerals processing and mining operations is highly desirable.
