Loan Acceptance Specialist

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, assessing, and decisioning loan applications within their delegated lending authority. They will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with licensing obligations and governing legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process and assess loan applications
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer and commercial assessment and acceptance
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously with own lending authority

  • Adept at conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and punctual
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Curious and willing to find better ways

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of diligence and assessment procedures and be able to think laterally to resolve conflicts.
