Job Description

This role is key to providing a seamless experience for clients throughout the home loan process, from application through to settlement.

\

Working closely with the Team Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end back-office loan process, ensuring smooth transitions and timely completions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire home loan application process, including post-approval tasks.\
  • Ensuring accurate and complete applications, including loan forms, property valuation reports, and supporting documents.\
  • Preparing credit submissions for new applications and verifying data entry against source documents.\
  • Adhering to risk and compliance frameworks, such as the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the application process, building strong relationships and driving customer advocacy.\
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including loan officers, assessors, solicitors, and lender business development managers.\
  • Developing and maintaining expertise in home loans and related products.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates.\\
