We are seeking a highly skilled Local Laws Enforcement Officer to join our team.

The role involves contributing to the enforcement of legislation related to land use, public health, animal control, fire prevention, and public safety within the South Eastern Suburbs.

You will work closely with our clients to provide assistance to the local community and foster a positive relationship between residents and council services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce local laws and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to the local community
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Local Government Compliance (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
