About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team as a Real Estate Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work on private and public infrastructure projects in the real estate space, collaborating with our infrastructure team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a range of projects, including infrastructure planning studies, technical reports, and business cases
  • Provide planning and development advice, completing valuations and conducting market analysis
  • Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, preparing proposals and managing tender processes
  • Contribute to team planning, development, and maintenance of a high-performance culture
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in town planning, property economics, or a related field
  • Experience in project and/or program management, business cases, and real estate advisory
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Well-developed report writing, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
