This is a challenging position that involves overseeing the daily activities of our hotel and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our guests.
About the Position:In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and register owners and guests in a welcoming and efficient manner
- Provide information about local attractions and amenities
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Adeptly address any guest concerns or issues
You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team to provide high levels of customer service.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Team Leader in a Front Office department (3 years)
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
