Role SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Credit Collection Specialist. We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset to maintain and control ledgers of commercial accounts, build strong relationships with key clients, and resolve outstanding credit issues.Duties will include:
  • Maintaining accurate records of commercial accounts, including customer queries and payment schedules.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Collecting outstanding debt up to legal stage, monitoring accounts receivable, and reconciling accounts.
  • Managing incoming payments, placing accounts on hold, and releasing orders once accounts are up-to-date.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with two or more years of experience in credit control, who is comfortable making outbound calls to collect outstanding debt, and has intermediate Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What We OfferThis role offers a busy and varied position where your contribution will make a significant impact.
