Job Opportunity: Credit Collections Specialist

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will work closely with the management team to oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding debts.

You will be responsible for monitoring and collecting outstanding debts and liaising with internal stakeholders to guarantee accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular bank account reconciliations
  • Managing rental accounts for retailers and ensuring prompt payments
  • Achieving monthly collection targets as per established KPIs
  • Responding to incoming calls from retailer account holders
  • Preparing complex account reconciliations as required
  • Processing daily receipting of rent to retailer accounts
  • Allocating payments, refunds, and returns
