Program Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the development and delivery of graduate programs in health and community services.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, timetabling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in program reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for academic committees to inform strategic decision-making.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in social work or a related welfare discipline; PhD is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record in academic leadership roles, preferably within education, with expertise in curriculum development and program coordination.
  • Familiarity with education policies, procedures, and standards to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Strong background in community services education, teaching, and program management.
