About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our flagship Therapy Pro for Kids multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our ECEI team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse NDIS caseload and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide developmental assessments, diagnostic reports, and tailored information to empower parents and carers.
  • Work with a highly diverse NDIS caseload, managing your own schedule and calendar to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth.

  • A competitive base salary and realistic billable time target of 4.35 hours.

About You

We're looking for a Speech Pathologist with a growth mindset, a passion for innovation, and a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market. If you're a qualified Speech Pathologist with a current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence, we'd love to hear from you.
