Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to spearhead the growth of our ride-hailing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute strategies for launching and expanding our business
  • Nurture key relationships with stakeholders including drivers, fleet owners, unions, regulators, and local communities
  • Oversee the optimization of local operational processes and procedures
  • Develop advanced analytical models and reporting systems
  • Take ownership of driving business growth by ensuring seamless collaboration between local operations and HQ teams
  • Represent the company's brand, product, and service while navigating regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry
  • Analyze data to optimize marketplace health for drivers and riders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations management or general management
  • 4+ years of experience in analytical and/or entrepreneurial roles
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with excellent English negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and overcome obstacles
  • Passion for new technologies and ride-hailing
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable developing analytical and decision frameworks to support strategies and decisions
