Job Overview

Bolt is seeking an entrepreneurial and solutions-driven Operations Manager to drive the growth of our ride-hailing operations. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities to oversee local operational processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for new technologies and ride-hailing, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and French. They will be responsible for developing complex analytical models, reporting systems, and strategies for launching and growing our business.

  • Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including drivers, fleet owners, unions, regulators, and local communities.
  • Designing and executing strategies for launching and growing our business, working closely with the Country Manager.
  • Overseeing the optimization of local operational processes and procedures.
About You
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations management or general management.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with excellent English and French negotiation and communication skills.
  • Passion for new technologies and ride-hailing.
  • Highly analytical, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to develop analytical and decision frameworks to support strategies and decisions.
