Strategic Financial Expert

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by developing financial strategies for leasing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic planning and decision support to the Head of Workplace, providing financial insights to guide long-term goals and strategies focusing on leasing.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Workplace's leasing across the portfolio, ensuring that submissions reflect challenging but realistic forecasts with key assumptions benchmarked against internal/external best practice.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Performance & Planning team, introducing and developing forward-looking executive reports applicable to Workplace's leasing, with insightful analysis, metrics, and exception reports.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner to the business leads, developing action plans on monthly results to drive improved financial performance and introduce clear and concise options for the business on driving NRI through improved leasing.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Fully Qualified Accountant (PQE) with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications.
  • Previous experience in business partnering with demonstrable examples of outputs driving improvements & performance in a business.
  • Strong commercial acumen, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
