Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in implementing working practices and managing the fixed assets register.
  • Manage prepayments, accruals, cash bank, and reconcile reports.
  • Process payroll for over 160 staff members and ensure tax compliance.
  • Review and improve existing practices to increase efficiency.
  • Assume the Finance Manager role when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting with Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, or progress towards obtaining these qualifications.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and customer service skills.
  • Highly developed computer skills and analytical abilities.
