Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal services and supporting the delivery of human-centred, accessible legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial matters.
  • Providing expert advice on health law, litigation, privacy, Freedom of Information and other areas of public health legal practice.
  • Assisting with core service areas as required, including health law, aged care, family law and children's law issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A commercial focus and ability to work autonomously or with minimal support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • A willingness to upskill and develop in other areas of law arising in public health legal practice.
