Job Overview
The Senior Corporate Counsel is a critical role that requires expertise in legal advice and counsel to senior managers and subject matter experts within the organization. This position involves researching complex legal issues, writing detailed opinions and memoranda, and collaborating with clients to meet performance requirements and deadlines.
- Provides high-level legal guidance to internal stakeholders on various matters;
- Conducts thorough research and analysis to inform legal opinions and recommendations;
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
- Stays up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
