Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to serve as Senior Corporate Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide expert advice and counsel to internal Bank staff on complex legal matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to provide guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. In addition, they will be responsible for staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the Bank's operations.
