**Senior Risk Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Governance Specialist to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role will drive the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and maintaining robust risk management frameworks. They will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across multiple divisions, recommending mitigation strategies, and continuity planning.

In addition, the Senior Risk Governance Specialist will ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies. They will lead regular risk assessments and compliance audits across the group, develop and maintain consistent policies and procedures, and prepare high-level reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at all organisational levels. They will also have demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams and business units.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk governance, within real estate & construction;
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk strategy, and legislative compliance in a corporate environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams and business units;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or related disciplines.
