Infrastructure Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for industrial and water infrastructure projects. Your expertise in structural engineering will be essential in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structural designs for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting their growth and development within the team.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified civil or structural engineer with 3–7 years' experience.
- Solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation.
- Able to take on more responsibility and broaden impact.
- Familiar with Australian standards and delivered water and wastewater projects locally.
