Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.

  • This role involves the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat Infrastructure solutions and offerings.
  • You will gain an understanding of our customers' infrastructure and business needs and provide recommendations tailored to their environment.

As a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, you will work closely with customers on various initiatives, including architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance of Red Hat Infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted adviser for project managers and technical teams to deliver and implement the right solutions for our clients.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on site, addressing customer technical, development, and IT issues and needs.
  3. Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer requirements.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on development and deployment projects.
  2. Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  3. Experience with Red Hat Automation products including Ansible & AAP.
