We are seeking a qualified professional to deliver high-quality behaviour support services to our customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering person-centred behaviour support, supporting staff to implement and monitor behaviour support strategies, and working within a capacity building model with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred behaviour support to our customers across the age range.
- Develop behaviour support plans and support their implementation.
- Work within a capacity building model with various stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action for behaviour-related incident reports.
- A minimum of three years' experience in developing behaviour support plans.
- A minimum of three years' experience mentoring staff to implement behaviour support plans.
- Experience working with customers, staff, and families using a positive behaviour support approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications.
