Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualised positive behaviour support plans and interventions;
  • Conduct assessments for participants of all ages and abilities;
  • Develop, deliver, and monitor strategies for the management of behaviours of concern;
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes;
  • Compile comprehensive reports and work towards goals within NDIS plans.
