Seeking an experienced Business Operations Lead to oversee and manage the operational aspects of a shopping centre.

**Key Responsibilities include:**

- Manage service level agreements with contractors
- Provide advice on effective operational services
- Oversee management, administration, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate retail, leasing, licensing, and tenancy issues
- Ensure site safety, operations, and contracted trades and services delivery across the centre
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and events

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in operations or management
- Experience in retail
- Knowledgeable about leasing, compliance, licensing, and tenancy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
