Staff Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced staff manager to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a staff manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our onboard activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and emcee entertainment activities, including game shows, trivia contests, and dance parties
  • Coordinate sports and recreational activities, promoting a fun and active environment for all passengers
  • Facilitate children and teen activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for younger guests
  • Provide exceptional guest services, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including themed nights and welcome aboard events
  • Lead shore excursions, guiding guests on cultural, adventure, and sightseeing tours
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies, maintaining a secure environment at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
