We are seeking experienced professionals to join our audit team. The role involves managing and completing audit engagements, planning audits, identifying key audit matters, and implementing effective strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and complete audit engagements on time.
- Plan audits, identify key audit matters, and implement effective strategies to meet quality standards.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and resolve audit issues, including adjustments and out-of-scope work.
- Supervise team members and provide on-the-job training and support.
- Present audit findings at client Board or Committee meetings.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum 12 months' experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
- Strong skills in building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Currently studying or completed a Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) and CA qualification or the willingness to undertake it.
