Environmental Health Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health Specialist to join our national team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for enhancing environmental health and safety standards within workplaces, safeguarding the health and wellbeing of workers and clients, and meeting regulatory and best practice requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct asbestos and hazardous materials audits in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and residential properties.
  • Develop and implement effective asbestos monitoring and remediation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance on sites during asbestos and lead removal projects.
  • Conduct indoor air quality, mould, and moisture assessments.
  • Perform occupational hygiene assessments for various contaminants.
  • Analyze data and prepare technical reports with support from senior staff.
  • Assist the team with strategy and business development.
