Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as an eCommerce Production Co-ordinator. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end production of monthly eCommerce fashion shoots. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure all product information is captured accurately, products are shot, and final assets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Management: Ensure product reconciliation and handover to Stylist/photography team prior to shoots.
  • Image Delivery: Track and review image delivery to ensure quality meets brand standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with product teams to relay retouching notes to photography and retouching teams.
  • Accessory/Styling Documents: Create styling documents for accessories and still-life shots.
  • Shoot Briefing: Provide final shot lists, shoot information, and brief crews on shoot requirements.
  • Product Quantities: Work closely with Group Studio Manager on confirmed product quantities and shoot day requirements.
  • Assistance: Assist across all areas of the shoot as required.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Certificate in Styling and/or Visual Merchandising is highly regarded but not essential.
  • 1+ years' experience in e-Commerce fashion styling/production roles.
  • Understanding of end-to-end product photography processes.
  • Experience in fashion or retail e-Commerce photography/studio environments.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to work well in a high-pressure team environment.
  • A problem solver with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
