Program Delivery Specialist

Make a meaningful impact at Australia's largest correctional facility by delivering rehabilitation programs that promote positive change. Our team works towards reducing reoffending by implementing criminogenic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver therapeutic and criminogenic programs to inmates, aligned with Offense-Related Program objectives
  • Assess inmate suitability and maintain accurate documentation of progress, ensuring compliance with established protocols
  • Evaluate and recommend strategies to enhance participant attendance, considering individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in ongoing training and development, and contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment
  • Promote evidence-based rehabilitation initiatives, focusing on reducing reoffending rates
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Services, or related discipline; or relevant industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Case Management) within 24 months of employment; or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports within required timeframes, utilizing effective communication skills
  • Experience in group facilitation, preferably working with complex mental health or behavioral issues (desired)
